Frequently asked questions

1.    Where can I go and get a paper copy of the new registration form?

Paper copies are available on the door to the bicycle room. The On-Site Manager will also have print outs available at the residential manager’s office between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.; during regular office hours (5 p.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays); or on the shelf below the community board in the mail room until August 31.

2.    What if I can’t get to the manager’s office during the designated times?

Email manager@theelectra.ca or call the office line at 604.488.0048 to make alternate arrangements.

3.    I have a bike in the bike room, but won’t be able to meet the August 31 deadline to re-register. What can I do?

Don’t worry, just e-mail Manager@TheElectra.ca or call the manager’s office at 604.488.0048 to make alternate arrangements.

4.    What’s going to be done with bikes after they are removed from the bike room?

The Residential Section Executive will be discussing what to do with bikes that are not re-registered. Stay tuned!

5.    How do I go about registering my bike so that I can start storing it in the bike room? Is there a cost?

The registration process is the same as above. If you are registering your bike for the first time, you will have to pay $5 for a key to access the bike room. We restrict the number of keys for the bike room so that only people with bikes are able to access the room.
